Our story started after Katrina…
In 2005, Ash came to New Orleans to help family members recover from Hurricane Katrina. As he helped them pick up the pieces, he fell in love with the city. He decided the best way to help it recover, would be to build a business. That is where Vieux Carre Pizza was born – right on St. Louis and Bourbon.
The quick, by the slice pizzeria has been feeding locals, tourists, and everyone in between. Today it serves pizza, pasta, wings, salads, and delicious PoBoys sandwiches.
